We strive to keep our educational program up to date with the latest curriculum that is taught at the Philadelphia Of Performing Arts Charter School (PPACS). The majority of children in Philadelphia attend this school upon graduating from pre-school. Infants learn at an early age by reading, singing & playing with teachers. They also learn the Alphabet and counting! The toddler group has an extensive curriculum based on learning language skills, recognizing and identifying letters and letter sounds. We start teaching them site words through flash cards and incorporate math skills into the program by playing games, counting objects and incorporating math into art activities. The toddler curriculum is conducive to a pre-school program at any other center. We strive to take it one step further and expand their knowledge to another level!

The pre-school program prepares the children to start Kindergarten with the knowledge and aptitude to know what is expected of them during the year. The children are well versed in speaking French as well as reading sentences and books. We prepare them to know how to properly print lower and upper case letters and form cohesive literacy concepts that are not typically taught in other pre-schools. This is what sets Little Duckies Daycare apart from others. We prepare young children with multifaceted development in all subjects.
